Which land qualifies
- Land with a building cannot be applied for; demolish first.
- Land with mortgages, land used by others such as paths, contaminated land or land with unclear boundaries cannot be applied for.
- Land with cliffs, structures, vehicles or trees that hinder management, or buried objects, may be rejected.
- Pay the charge within 30 days of notice or the approval lapses. The review fee is not refunded.
